TL;DR Buy all NKLA puts, sell your NKLA shares, exit calls. Only reason stock hasn't collapsed yet is because retard cult following buying the dip, but they're out of cash now. Tomorrow, the stock is no longer on limit down rule, meaning free fall down a hill, off a cliff, into the mariana trench.
Edit: The worst part of this whole thing is you stupid fucks buying into this company have let TM buy the most expensive property in Utah's history, a ranch worth 32million. He's laughing whilst you stupid fucks bought in above $35 a share. I editted and it deleted part of my post, fuck it, cba to fix
This is for the special retards of WSB out there, exit your calls and sell your shares of this company, it's fucked. This stock is rolling down to delisted like it's shitty fake truck and you are dumb and in denial if you don't realise that.
Let's look at the evidence.
Today Hindenburg released a reply to NKLA rebuttal: https://hindenburgresearch.com/nikola-response/ Please, just read this before you even reply. Anyone with any critical thinking skills can clearly see that this scam got caught with it's pants down at a child daycare. Remember TM pulled an allnighter after the report came out, another day and a whole weekend, just for that reply.
SEC is investigating them: https://www.thestreet.com/investing/nikola-shares-slump-amid-sec-probe-into-short-seller-claims
DoJ is investigating them: https://www.ft.com/content/a45a6638-167b-4e27-a9fd-576e7229f959
The argument that GM gives the company credibility is fundamentally untrue. GM is robbing this company of it's EV subsidy (First 200k cars sold), GM gets 11% of NKLA, GM gets 700 million from NKLA (lol how the fuck is NKLA gonna pay GM 700million) with no drawbacks. The only thing NKLA contributes to GM here is their brand name (marketting), that's literally it. If either the SEC or DoJ finds anything that they can use to bury NKLA, which they definitely will, GM is going to pull out of the deal. Remember, they have until 30th Dec to pull out, and I bet the board are talking about it and weighing up their options. If any of the other collaborations pull out, that would be a catalyst for others. This argument that GM is defending NKLA makes no sense. If they didn't defend NKLA, GM stock would collapse and CEO fired. GM has no downsides to defending NKLA at all, and gains so much from this deal.
So why do they have a 13bill dollar value?
Factories? Dirt field
Working prototype? Hill
